  Honest, transparent, professional & result orientated
  Over the past few years I have both sold and bought with Greg and his team.
  After meeting with more than 5 agents to list our property in Newport we were convinced that Greg and Belle were the only team for the job, due to their exceptional level of professionalism. They were prepared, experienced, polished, honest, available and caring. Throughout the whole experience we were kept in the loop and received regular updates. Greg secured a fantastic price for the property.
  When then looking for a new property I was thrilled to find my new home was listed by Greg, I knew immediately that the process would be smooth, honest and efficient. Indeed it was all those things.
  I cannot recommend Greg highly enough.

  Experience & Professionalism is Mark's forte
  Mark & Chyna were really professional in selling our house. Mark's in depth knowledge and experience of the real estate industry was the skill we needed in selling our house. He has been selling houses on the northern beaches for a long time and he knows the ups and downs of the market. He understands what sells a house. He treats the seller and the buyer with respect & professionalism which is needed in the real estate industry. I would also recommend Belle Avalon for managing a rental. They found the perfect tenant and made renting our property hassle free

  From the minute we sat down with Greg Griffin at the very beginning all the way through to the final minute when we were notified of our incredible sales result, our admittedly high expectations were topped every step of the way.
  Passion, integrity, hard work and professionalism were the hallmarks of the campaign that Greg and his team delivered for us, turning what could have easily been a stressful experience into a surprisingly enjoyable one.
  We sincerely couldn't pick a fault, or even a concern during the whole process, which of course is a very rare thing when dealing with people and businesses.
  Underneath it all was the fact that Greg, Alex and Claudette are just genuine, lovely and down-to-earth people, making every interaction a pleasure. Which in turn gave us confidence that these same pleasurable interactions were no doubt happening with our potential buyers which added to the feeling that we were in very good hands.
